What's the status of my order?

You will receive a separate email when your order is confirmed, when your order is shipped, and upon final delivery.

How do I cancel my order?

What are your current shipping methods?

We currently offer FedEx Ground and FedEx 2Day shipping services.

Can I ship to military bases/APO/DPO/FPO? 

We are unable to offer shipping to these specific address types at this time.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

My order arrived damaged

For damaged or defective items, you have 7 days from date of receipt to file a return or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days after you initiate your return or exchange for processing. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

RETURN / REFUND 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on our products if the below requirements are met:

  • Goods must be unused, unopened, and unmarked in original packaging as received. These products will be subject to $12.95 restocking fee. 
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. 
  • Products marked final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturer defect is present.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the items have arrived back at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment (please note, your shipping charge will not be refunded).

Do you charge for return shipping?

We do not! Once you initiate a return, we email you a return label.

What certifications do your Bedding/Bath products have? 

All of our Sustainable Products are OEKO-TEX certified - which guarantees free from harmful substances. Made from materials such as all-natural unbleached cotton fibers, linen, bamboo and other natural fibers.

What is the thread count of your Bedding? 

Our Thread count ranges per item, please check out the individual item's page for specific thread count.

How deep are your fitted sheets? 

Most of our sheets have a 14 inch or 15-inch-deep pockets. Please check out the individual item's page for specific sheet depth.

What are the dimensions of your Sheets, Comforter, etc? 

Each product has a specific breakdown for each individual item that is included in the set. Please check out the individual item's page for specific dimensions.
