We accept returns and exchanges on our products if the below requirements are met:
We accept returns and exchanges on our products if the below requirements are met:
- Goods must be unused, unopened, and unmarked in original packaging as received. These products will be subject to $12.95 restocking / system processing fee.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- Products marked final sale and cannot be returned unless a manufacturer defect is present.
For damaged or defective items, you have 7 days from date of receipt to file a return or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days after you initiate your return or exchange for processing. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
To process a return or exchange,
- Please email us with order number & proof of purchase.
- Once approved we will send you a return label.
- Once the items have arrived back at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment (please note, your shipping charge will not be refunded).
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt date. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 30 days. No refunds will be given on final sale items.
